Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at miabenestad2@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed, as we begin processing immediately.
